House rules
Dear guest,
We warmly welcome you to our holiday apartment and hope you enjoy a relaxing stay. Our experience has shown that certain rules regarding the handling of our inventory and the behavior of our guests are useful in order to make your stay with us as carefree as possible and to avoid any misunderstandings in advance.
1. Inventory and damage
We ask that you treat our inventory with care and only put used dishes away in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings does occur and is often easily repaired. Please notify us immediately of any damage. Renters and fellow travelers are generally liable for such damage and are responsible for any replacement or reimbursement. This is usually not necessary for minor damage, such as broken dishes.
When leaving the apartment, we ask you to ensure that the (roof) windows are closed
to avoid possible damage from storms and rain. Please be careful when leaving the apartment.
2. Volume and quiet times
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the volume down in the apartment, especially when playing music or watching TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
3. Visitors
Your visitors are always welcome in our holiday apartment for short periods. However, we are not permitted to accommodate unregistered guests overnight. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.
4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday apartment. Please only smoke in the outdoor area of our apartment.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.
6. Security and valuables
Before leaving the apartment, always close all windows and the front door, and make sure to turn off all electronic devices. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
7. Waste separation
We ask you to separate your household waste in the containers provided in your apartment and to dispose of it in the garbage containers located in front of the house.
8. Cleaning
A thorough final cleaning of the apartment will be carried out by our cleaning service after your departure, as agreed. However, we ask that you remove any major dirt in advance and leave the apartment swept clean upon departure. In the event of excessive dirt or damage, an additional fee will be charged depending on the degree of dirt or the replacement value.
9. Arrival and departure
The apartment is available from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Departure is by 10:00 AM on your departure day.

10. Key
We will provide you with two house keys and ask you to treat them with care. If you lose a key, please notify us immediately. You, as a guest, are liable for the replacement cost.
11. Environment
We care about the environment, and hopefully you do too. So please turn off lights and all technical devices when they're not needed. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you.
